DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY OF YOUTH ON BIOBASED ECONOMY
Conducted by our Directorate within the scope of ERASMUS+ Vocational Education-Strategic Partnerships Programme; BIO-YOUTH DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY OF YOUTH ON BIO-BASED ECONOMY The transnational training of the project named “ENHANCED CAPACITY OF YOUTH WORKERS ON BIO-BASED ECONOMY” was held at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands between 15-18 January 2024. Project experts from our Directorate, the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Boğaziçi University attended the training.
During the training, information was given about bioeconomy applications in industry, the transition process to bioeconomy with bio-based products, sustainable production of biomass in food, agriculture, health and industry, and production of renewable biological resources. In addition, studies on bioeconomy were examined on-site at the university’s application center.
